Awesome pair of cameras! August 13, 2010 leno2002 (Houston, TX USA) All I can say is that I love the QSICC2. I purchased one at Fry's and it was great. So I bought the QSICC2PK because it had two of them. I read M.R.Wong's review about the cameras having a wide angle and regular angle lens. Sure enough, he was right.
The 3.6mm lens is for wide angle viewing.
The 6.0mm lens is for long range viewing. It's like seeing a zoomed in version of the 3.6mm lens.
I uploaded 2 pictures on here so you can see the difference. The cameras were positioned in the same spot and the difference is incredible. Each has it's own particular advantage. Wide angle lets you see everything that's going on around a large area, while the long range lens allows you to be zoomed in and focused on a particular spot (like at the front door to capture faces or in a parking lot to capture an entrance or even license plates).
The night vision is also impressive. These cameras are not as grainy as other cameras that I have used. They're not the greatest cameras on the planet of course, but for the price they do a great job. You get so much value out of these cameras. Which is why I've purchased another 2 pack.
AWESOME CAMERAS!!!
Very good item. Not too good for night vision May 26, 2010 Mostafa Sobh Good item and clear picture during the day not too good of a picture during the night. connect with 3RCA so you can connect it to TV or DVR.
Excellent picture March 11, 2010 Joe Unhappy (Philadelphia Pa. USA) They are usable indoors or Out. Indoors the IFR makes the picture look like it is in bright light. Outside the range is somewhat limited and the picture much darker at night.
Great for the price. January 21, 2010 M. R. WONG 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought two of these for my father-in-law's internet cafe. First off, there are two security cameras in this package. one is for longer distance with more view and wider angle. the other is for shorted/closer distance of filming/recording with more narrow angle.
We have tried to use these camera for both indoor and outdoor. We have found that these are better for indoor use. If put outside of house, the bright sunlight outside will make all the background white. I think this is what happen to the camera mentioned in the first review, hence he mentions the "white out". However, if used indoor, the color is very good and it is very clear and easy to tell the faces of our customers. In fact, it is so good for indoor uses that we have decided to purchase our second pair of security cameras. These are really great cameras and at night, it is also good, but kind of unclear as to the faces of people at night, but still you can monitor the surroundings and know if there is/are people walking around, its very easy to see and we just connect these cameras to a Q-See DVR, which we bought separately with discount. Then, we connect the DVR to a 15 inch LCD monitor. We love the price and the quality for the price. Very good purchase. And is recommended highly for small offices and indoor uses.

The camera IR illuminators are too powerful and white out the area under surveillance. The power cord that plugs into the camera gets very hot. I returned these cameras to get my money back.
